VentureHub360, owned and operated by Roots Innovation Labs LLC, uses third-party service providers and subprocessors to deliver the VentureHub360 platform and Smart AI Investor. This page lists the categories of third-party services we use. We do not disclose confidential infrastructure details, internal architecture, or specific vendor agreements.
All third-party service providers are engaged subject to appropriate data processing agreements, confidentiality obligations, and security standards as required by applicable law and our internal policies.
Categories of Subprocessors and Third-Party Services
Cloud Infrastructure Providers
We use cloud computing and hosting providers to run platform infrastructure, store data, and deliver services reliably and securely. These providers supply compute, storage, networking, and managed services that power the platform.
AI Model Providers
We use third-party artificial intelligence and large language model (LLM) providers to power the AI-driven features of the platform, including pitch session evaluation, scoring, research synthesis, dossier generation, and insight generation. These providers process inputs and generate outputs as part of the platform workflow.
Email Service Providers
We use email service providers to send transactional emails, platform notifications, account communications, and support responses to users. These providers process email addresses and message content on our behalf.
Analytics Providers
We use web and product analytics tools to understand how users interact with the platform, measure performance, and improve user experience. These tools may collect usage data, session information, and aggregated behavioral signals.
Payment Processors
We use third-party payment processing providers to handle subscription billing, payment collection, and related financial transactions. Payment card data and billing information are processed directly by these providers in accordance with applicable payment security standards (PCI-DSS). VentureHub360 does not store full payment card information.
CRM Systems
We use customer relationship management (CRM) tools to manage user interactions, track support requests, and maintain account records. These systems may process contact information, communication history, and account details.
Security and Monitoring Tools
We use security and infrastructure monitoring tools to detect, prevent, and respond to security threats, unauthorized access, and platform incidents. These tools may process log data, traffic information, and system event records.
Data Processing Agreements
Where required by applicable data protection law, VentureHub360 enters into data processing agreements (DPAs) or equivalent contractual arrangements with subprocessors that process personal data on our behalf. These agreements require subprocessors to implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures and to process data only in accordance with our instructions.
