This AI Usage Policy explains how VentureHub360 and Smart AI Investor use artificial intelligence technologies, the limitations of AI-generated content, and the responsibilities of users who rely on platform outputs. VentureHub360 is owned and operated by Roots Innovation Labs LLC.

• Score pitch sessions across multiple evaluation dimensions and produce investment verdicts.
• Research and synthesize publicly available information about companies, markets, founders, and competitors.
• Generate institutional dossiers covering areas such as overview, ownership, financials, legal, patents, team, market intelligence, and risk.
• Produce summaries, transcripts, insight memos, and evaluation reports for investment teams.

2. AI in Smart AI Investor

Smart AI Investor is an AI-powered startup evaluation platform designed for VC firms, accelerators, incubators, and angel networks. The platform uses large language models (LLMs) and automated systems to:

• Conduct live, investor-configured pitch sessions with founders.
• Evaluate founder responses against investor-defined criteria and scoring guidelines.
• Generate scores out of 10 with investment verdicts, per-category breakdowns, and risk flags.
• Produce Deep Analysis dossiers with multi-tab institutional profiles per evaluated company.
• Deliver IC-ready evaluation reports including session recordings, smart transcripts, and AI insight memos.

AI-generated evaluations are tools to support — not replace — human investor judgment. All outputs should be reviewed by qualified investment professionals before being used in investment decisions.

3. Limitations of AI-Generated Content

Users must understand and accept the following inherent limitations of AI-generated content:

4. Human Review Recommendations

VentureHub360 recommends that all AI-generated outputs be reviewed by qualified human professionals before being used in any decision-making context. Specifically:

• Investment decisions should involve review by experienced investment professionals who apply their own judgment alongside platform outputs.
• Legal or regulatory content in dossiers and reports should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel.

• Any output that will be shared with LPs, investment committees, or third parties should be independently reviewed for accuracy and appropriateness before use.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the VentureHub360 platform and its AI-powered features, users agree that:

• They will independently verify all material information before relying on it for investment, funding, legal, regulatory, or business decisions.
• They will not use platform outputs as a substitute for independent due diligence, professional legal advice, financial advice, or investment counsel.
• They accept sole responsibility for any decision made based on platform outputs, regardless of the quality or accuracy of those outputs.
• They will not represent AI-generated outputs as independently verified, certified, audited, or professionally endorsed unless such verification has been independently obtained.
• They understand that AI-generated scores, verdicts, and recommendations reflect the inputs provided and the state of the AI system at the time of generation.

6. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Outcomes

VentureHub360 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output. Any projections, forecasts, growth estimates, probability scores, risk ratings, or forward-looking statements generated by the platform are inherently uncertain and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future performance, investment outcomes, returns, or business success.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VentureHub360, Smart AI Investor, Roots Innovation Labs LLC, and their affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, partners, licensors, and technology providers shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs.

7. Updates to This Policy
