www.venturehub360.com is a product owned by Roots Innovation Labs LLC. (for convenience also referred as “VentureHub360 Platform” and/or “Platform” herein onwards).

In order to use the services of the Platform, you must agree to these terms of use (“TOU”). BY USING THE PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU SHOULD NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM. For the purposes of these TOU, wherever the context so requires “You” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who visits or uses the Platform. The terms “We”, “Us”, “Our” shall mean VentureHub360 Platform.

As the internet is an ever-evolving medium, WE MAY CHANGE THE PLATFORM AND THESE TERMS OF USE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT GIVING PRIOR NOTICE TO YOU. By continuing to use our Platform, your use of services will be governed by these TOU along with the Privacy Policy, Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy (together “Policies”) as modified or amended from time to time.

Platform Disclosure
VentureHub360 is a front-end platform experience operated by Roots Innovation Labs LLC. The underlying technology and infrastructure powering certain services, including registration and account management, are provided via AIQoD (also owned by Roots Innovation Labs LLC).

You may be redirected to AIQoD domains during onboarding or service usage as part of this integrated platform experience.

1. USING OUR PLATFORM

The Platform is maintained for Your personal use and viewing. Access and use by You of this Platform constitute Your acceptance of these TOU and this takes effect from the date on which You first use this Platform.

2. YOUR ACCOUNT AND REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS

If You use the Platform, You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and You shall be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. SERVICE USAGE

You will need to provide correct information about yourself, your company, contact information, business information, deductions, taxes paid, bank account details, etc. in order to pay tax, to receive assistance and/or audit, other support/allied services.

You hereby undertake to use the Platform only through the subscription/membership provided in this regard. You agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services for any purpose.

4. BUSINESS TERMS

Under normal circumstances, Platform will ensure to get the delivery/performance of all services within the stipulated time period communicated through the Platform. Platform reserves the right to offer special discount on its subscription packages/models.

5. ALTERATIONS UPDATES

We may update these TOU from time to time to reflect any changes in our policies, laws, or service functionality. Changes will not apply retrospectively and the updated TOU will become effective automatically.

6. VIRUS PROTECTION

We make every effort to keep the Platform free from viruses and malicious software. However, we cannot guarantee absolute immunity. You should take steps to protect your device and password. You indemnify the platform against any loss or damage caused by viruses beyond our control.

This Platform and material relating to government information, products and services, is provided ‘as is’, without any representation or endorsement and without warranty of any kind.

8. PRIVACY

Our Privacy Policy explains how We protect and respect the data We collect from You. Your use of this Platform constitutes acceptance of this policy.

All photographs, images, and our logos or any other third-party logos on this Platform are copyright of the Platform or of the third parties. All rights are reserved.

10. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

NOTHING IN THESE TOU SHALL EXCLUDE OR LIMIT PLATFORM’S LIABILITY FOR LOSSES WHICH MAY NOT BE LAWFULLY EXCLUDED.

You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Platform is at your sole risk. Platform disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PLATFORM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
